This is one of the important Upaveda useful for the upkeep of the physical and subtle bodies. Ayurveda also provides cures and prevention of diseases. Within the short span of the seminar, many important topics were discussed which included the study of Tri doshas, sapta datus, various organs, physiology and anatomy of the human body, diseases analysis on the basis of kapha, vata and pitta doshas as well as dinacharya, ratri charya, ahara and virudhha ahara.
HG Vrajendra Nandan prabhu gave wonderful presentations on the diagnosis based on checking vata, pitta and kapha doshas based on darshana, prashna and sparshana. There was also a study of factors aggravating diseases, its cure and prevention.
