SAHYADRI PARASURAMA GURUKULA — COB BUILDING

Cob mud bags will make up the walls of the Prasadam Hall located adjacent to our kitchen.

The worker is seen smoothening the kitchen wall with a wood handle covered by a cloth and dampened with water.

At present the Gurukula has three types of cob structures, 1) using hand made mud blocks (Headmaster Kutir), 2) using pure mud (Kitchen) and 3) using mud bags (Prasadam Hall).

Within one week we hope to see our first reciprocal roof coming up on the Headmaster Kutir. Shortly after that, we should see our second reciprocal roof coming up the Vidyapitham.
